Personal experience with an internet store

If anyone has long term experience with certain online shops, I am always curious to read it. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful. In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent.  

If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

I also check if the lenses have any blue light filter or anti-reflection coating. People who share height and weight information make it easier to choose the right size. Loose hinges make the glasses slide down the nose again and again. For light summer tops I keep to my normal size to avoid a baggy look.
