     Introduction  
Balanset-1A dual-channel portable balancer  is designed for  fast on-site rotor balancing and condition monitoring .

The system is used for:  

single- and two-plane balancing of fans, pumps, electric motors, spindles, crushers, centrifuges, and other rotating equipment ,

diagnostic vibration measurement and defect detection ,

enhancing the lifespan of bearings and mechanical assemblies .

Balanset-1A is widely used by service teams, maintenance contractors, repair workshops, industrial plants, and engineering professionals .

System Concept  
Each Balanset-1A kit  includes:

a two-channel measurement unit ,

a pair of industrial accelerometers ,

a laser tachometer (phase sensor) ,

a magnetic holder for secure mounting ,

high-accuracy electronic scales for measuring test and correction weights ,

licensed Vibromera balancing software for Windows ,

a sturdy transportation hard case .

All you need for operation is  a standard Windows laptop or PC .
